By means of sourcing Jenrick offers her clients independent IT professionals to carry out do assignments or complete projects.

Within this service Jenrick aims at big companies, the government and institutions. These are all organizations with big IT-operations where there is always the need to hire temporary IT personnel for many different reasons. Based on a job description we take care of mediating suitable candidates.

For this purpose we mostly use a big database in which professionals have registered themselves. We also offer the deployed professional legal support so that they can focus fully on performing their tasks, the actual service!

Independence

Jenrick does not have professionals on her payroll and works only with independent contractors and/or with professionals of third parties. That's why there isn't any dependence. Each time we look for the best candidate.

One of the characteristics of working with independent contractors is that they are professional and experienced. They have to be so in order to survive in a competitive world of independent contractors.

Price/performance
Jenrick's business model is characterized by low overhead costs and open calculations. The elementary aspect of demand and supply determine our pricing.

Jenrick safeguards all the risks of her clients that have to do with laws of chain liability and the Dutch `flex-wet´ (flexibility-law). Jenrick also creates terms in which the professional can fully concentrate and focus on his or her assignment.

Commissioned assignments

Commissioned assignments are a derivative service which we offer to our clients. Taking care of contracts in a proper and careful way is an important aspect in Jenrick's primary process of secondment of (independent) IT professionals to our clients. Since 2001 we have offered our clients to take care of and administer contracts as a separate and full service.

Almost all our clients use this service in order to deploy their own contractors or professionals legally and contractually.
